Welcome to Vibe Bakes! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Area
Vibe Bakes proudly serves customers in Tucson, Arizona. We currently do not operate outside this area. Please ensure your delivery address is within our service zone before placing an order.
2. Order Placement & Advance Notice
To ensure the highest quality and timely preparation, we require that all orders be placed at least 3-4 days prior to your celebration. Whether it’s a birthday, wedding, anniversary, or any special occasion, advance ordering helps us create the perfect cake for your event.
3. Delivery Service
We use Uber for deliveries, ensuring that your cakes arrive fresh and on time. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive delivery details. Please note that Vibe Bakes is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third-party delivery services.
4. Order Confirmation & Cancellations
- Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
- Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of order preparation.
- Once a cake is in production, cancellations or modifications may not be possible.
5. Customization & Special Requests
We strive to fulfill customization requests, but all designs are subject to feasibility. Slight variations may occur due to artistic interpretation.
6. Refund & Replacement Policy
- If an order is incorrect or damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately with pictures for review.
- Refunds or replacements will be considered based on the issue and must be reported within 2 hours of receiving the cake.
- We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction based on taste preferences.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure someone is available to receive the cake at the provided address during the scheduled delivery time.
- Properly store the cake as advised to maintain freshness.
- Double-check all order details before finalizing your purchase.
8. Allergy Disclaimer
Our cakes may contain allergens such as dairy, eggs, nuts, and gluten. Please inform us in advance of any allergies, but note that cross-contamination may still occur.
9. Changes To Terms & Conditions
